CEO

Monika Walser

Monika Walser, born in Aargau, started her apprenticeship as Haute-Couture tailoring specialist in 1982. Afterwards, a teaching diploma in Baldegg, Lucerne followed. Monika Walser completed the Master of Science in Rhetoric & Technical Communication at the Michigan Technological University in the USA as a full time study. Furthermore, besides working, she completed the Executive Master in Management Communication & Leadership at the University Lugano, the Executive Master specialised in Telecommunications & Change Management in Fontainebleau & Copenhagen, as well as the Executive Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Ethics at the Institute for Philosophy and Ethics in Zurich.

Her first position as CEO and owner started in 1994 with the Cassiopeia Trend AG. Monika Walser ran this manufacture for children clothes until 1998, when she retracted to the board of directors, and later sold the manufacture. From 2000 to 2004 she took on the position as Chief Communication Officer and member of the Executive Board, first at the newly founded telecommunication company diAx and after the sale at TDC Switzerland AG7sunrise.
From 2005 to 2009 she was CCO and HR manager, as well as deputy managing director at ETRANS AG and founded swissgrid AG, in which the assets of Etrans were merged. During this time, she was elected as the UCTE (Union for the Co-ordination of Transmission of Electricity) responsible for communication and political matters. From those projects she founded the WAEGA-Group AG in Zurich with two other partners in 2009. To this day she still takes care of the mandates of Sanitas Krankenversicherungs AG, Orior AG, Carletto AG and the Zurich Zoo. Monika Walser also took over as CEO of the Swiss bag and accessories manufacturer FREITAG lab. ag from the end of 2009 until March 2014.
Monika Walser has been head of the Manufacture de Sede AG since April 2nd 2014. 
CSO

Ralf Koch

Born in Deggendorf, Bavarian Ralf Koch studied business administration at the VWA (Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Ostbayern) in Regensburg from 1989 to 1992. Previously, he worked as a salesman and deputy managing director at the sports goods store Sport Reichenwallner in Regensburg. From 1987 to 1994, he worked as a freelance sports goods merchant, where he managed the trade and services of three commercial units. From November 1994 to June 1998, he worked for the upholstered furniture manufacture Leolux in Krefeld as a district manager for Southern Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Hungary.  Ralf Koch has been with de Sede AG since 1998. He began in 1998 as Area Sales Manager for Southern Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe and has been Chief Sales Officer and member of the Executive Board since 2016.  
Ralf Koch has been CSO of de Sede AG since January 1st, 2016.
COO

Arben Mehmeti

Arben Mehmeti is a graduated biologist and studied biology and chemistry at the University of Tirana in Albania. In 2009, he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the FFHS / SUPSI (University of Sciences Southern Switzerland) in Finance, Banking and Taxation. At the Swiss SIZ, the ICT Examination Organization, he completed various diplomas in 2001 and 2003 in the field of computer science (Informatics user ISIZ, PC/LAN Supporter SIZ). Arben Mehmeti has been working for de Sede for more than 16 years. His career began in 2001 with a position as a production employee. From 2004 to 2011, he led the leather centre with the cutting and storage of leather. In July 2011, he was appointed head of AVOR / PPS (work preparation / production planning and control). Arben Mehmeti has been Chief Operating Officer since October 2014.
Arben Mehmeti joined de Sede AG on February 1st, 2001. Since October 1st, 2014 he has been CCO at de Sede AG.
CCO

Ulrich Kössl

Ulrich Kössl, from Bavaria, is a graduated industrial designer. He graduated from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan in 1997. His career began with various positions as a designer in design offices or production companies, such as Studio Luca Trazzi, Office & Co or F.X. Nachtmann. Starting in 2002, he spent three years with Neue Wiener Werkstätten in Research Development and Design (RD&D). From 2005 on he supported the FH Salzburg and HSLU Lucerne as a lecturer. At the same time, he joined Willisau Switzerland as Head of RD&D. From 2015 to 2017 he was Head of Design at the cookware producer KUHN RIKON. In his career as a designer, Ulrich Kössl has been awarded with various design prizes, such as the German Design Award for Interior Innovation, the IF Award and the Red Dot Design.
Ulrich Kössl has been Creative Director (CCO) at de Sede AG since May 1st, 2017.

Monika Walser absolvierte eine Ausbildung als Haute-Couture Damenschneiderin und erlangte diverse Diplom- und Mastertitel an international renommierten Universitäten und Instituten.
